By logging into the CBG Computer Solutions secure website, you can access our secured online support center where you will gain access to a qualified tech support rep that will view and remotely interact with your computer. This means that your issues will be resolved quickly without even leaving your home or office!

Most problems can be fixed via our fast remote support session (on average between 45-65 minutes). The amount of time it takes really depends on the type of problems you are experiencing.

Can you get back into my computer after my session is over?

We will not be able to access your computer until you log in again and request service. When you log in to the online support center, you are prompted to download a temporary desktop sharing application and supporting tools that allow us to view and interact with your computer. Once your service is complete and you log off, the temporary application and accompanying tools are automatically deleted from your PC which shuts off our access to your computer.

Before entering a contract with you or your company, it is mandatory for CBG Computer Solutions to conduct a performance diagnostic check of your systems or network. The outcome of such will determine whether we will enter into a maintenance contract.
